An Introduction

I just wanted to briefly welcome you to the very beginning of this archive, where I’ll be putting my observations, thoughts and experiences on display. Additionally, I have for a long-time experienced various troubles such as certain anxiety disorders and depression as well as misfortunes and afflictions during parts of my upbringing through to early adulthood. Now, I am at an age where I have learned a lot of what I feel most people don’t ever learn due to their lack of negative life experiences or a lack of general curiosity about things. Hardships can still come and go, and whilst I have tamed much of my psychological troubles, they can and will recur which means I will always be learning.

Outside of my other interests like music, eccentric fashion, gaming, walking and so forth, I have decided to create this ‘blog’. Many times in the past I have tried to create a blog but felt my previous perfectionism was always an obstacle. With more life experience, self-reflection and change thanks to CBT, less unnecessary life commitments and the adoption of basic stoic values, there is no time better than the present to begin this long-term and intermittent project. You may appreciate the writings in this archive or you may choose to reject them. Either way, you are free to do as you please and regardless, I will continue these meditations.
